Why crawlers pick this stop
What's inside HighWire
Checked in September 2026 against the bar's own website and cocktail menu.
- 01Molecular mixology
HighWire uses spherification: the Pop Rock and Mexican Candy drinks set vodka spheres in peach puree or chamoy, topped with Pop Rocks or Tajin. Somebody in your group is ordering one just for the photo.
- 02Pearl Shots
The Pearl Shot rotates flavors and spirits every month, so the one you get on crawl night may not be the one your friends had last time.
- 03Live DJs
On Thursdays the live DJs start at 10pm, and Saturday nights bring DJ sets alongside VIP bottle service.
- 04VIP bottle service
HighWire offers VIP bottle service on Saturday nights, if your group wants a home base instead of a spot at the bar rail.
- 05Private events
The bar books private events, with a 50% deposit to hold the time and space and bar and security staff set per 50 guests.

Is there an automatic gratuity for groups?
Yes. HighWire's cocktail menu notes a 22% automatic gratuity on parties of 6 or more, which is worth knowing before your crawl group orders together.
