A bar crawl, also known as a pub crawl, is a one-of-a-kind social event that lets you experience multiple bars, restaurants, and nightlife venues all in one night. Instead of spending the evening at just one location, you’ll visit several participating venues, meet new people, and experience the best spots in town.
When you purchase a ticket to a Crawl With US event, you’ll receive exclusive access to crawler-only drink specials, food specials at select venues, waived cover charges at participating locations, and often complimentary drinks or drink vouchers depending on the event.*
Here’s how our bar crawls work:
✅ Check in at the designated registration location from 4pm-6pm to pick up your event materials. Plus get your photo taken by our professional photographers at most events!
✅ Explore the participating venues at your own pace throughout the duration of the event.
✅ End the night at our featured after party with fellow crawlers.

In Canada, the legal drinking age is 19 (or 18 in some provinces).
A valid photo ID is required for entry and may be checked at registration and all participating venues. Acceptance of identification is at the discretion of the participating venues. Guests who cannot provide valid identification will not be permitted to participate, regardless of ticket purchase.

Step 1: Find your event on our homepage! It can also be found under your city’s page.
Step 2: Click on the event you are interested in attending.
Step 3: Click the “Buy Tickets” button. This will pop open the tickets section of the event page (example below).
Step 4: Check out your city’s event webpage! Details regarding venues, event times, specials, and crawl perks can be found there.
If you have a promo code, you can enter it during checkout on our website.
Simply enter your code in the Promo Code box and click Apply before selecting your tickets. The discount will automatically be applied to your order if the code is valid.

If your promo code is not working, please double-check that it was entered correctly and that it applies to the event you are purchasing.
At some events, state liquor laws, venue participation, or local regulations may limit the number of complimentary drinks or drink vouchers we are able to provide. When this happens, we instead offer a raffle as an additional bonus for attendees.
To enter, simply keep the designated colored voucher attached to your event badge and drop it in the container at check-in or the specified location during the event.
Raffle prizes typically include four (4) free tickets to a future Crawl With US event, allowing you and your friends to join us again at no cost.
Winners are selected at random and contacted using the information associated with their entry. Specific raffle details and entry instructions may vary by event and will be communicated on-site when applicable.
Please note that not all events include a raffle. Prize drawings, giveaways, promotions, and entry methods are subject to applicable state, provincial, and local laws. Where required, alternative promotional methods may be used to comply with local regulations.
Attendee names on tickets do not need to match the person checking in. As long as you have a valid QR code, you can check in. For example, if you bought a ticket for a friend but someone else is attending instead, that is completely fine—the name on the ticket does not matter.
For group tickets, you do not need to enter separate names or information for each individual person. You can enter your own information for all tickets. Starting with Ticket #2, and for each additional ticket, there should be a drop-down option that allows you to copy the information from the previous ticket.
Group ticket discounts are available when purchasing 4 or more tickets. Buying in bulk allows you to save $5 per ticket.
This option is perfect for anyone purchasing tickets for friends or a group and looking to save money by buying together.
If you or a friend can’t make it to the event, you can simply give the ticket to someone else. The new attendee only needs the QR code to check in. The name and email on the ticket do not need to match the person attending.
YES! We can transfer the tickets on the back end. Please DO NOT purchase another set of tickets for the correct city. We are able to transfer the ones you originally purchased.
To get your ticket transferred to the correct city, email support@crawlwith.us and one of our support staff will respond. If you have not heard from us within 2 business days, please follow up.
Check out this video below for a tutorial on how to change attendee information! Just a heads up, you do need to do this from a computer and not a phone.
Please Note: Changing the name on a ticket is not required to attend the event since all you need to check in is a QR code. Refer to Ticket Naming at the top of this section.
No, you do not! Our scanners are better able to read your QR code on your phone, but printed tickets are accepted.
Yes! Day of Tickets at the door are $40 cash only. As long as the crawl is not sold out, tickets will be available for purchase at the door on the day of the event.

The event page will include the check-in location, address, check-in time, participating venues, and event details. You can also reference your event’s Facebook page or Eventbrite.
Yes! You can check in for friends, and they can check in for you.
The only thing needed to check someone in is the QR code from their ticket.
Event check-in ends at 6:00 PM. In a small number of cities, check-in times may vary slightly, so please refer to your city’s event page for the official check-in window. Event staff may remain at the check-in location for a short time after check-in ends, but we cannot guarantee staff availability after 6:00 PM.
If you are unable to arrive before check-in ends, we recommend sending your ticket QR code to a friend so they can check in for you and pick up your event materials.
At check-in, you’ll receive an event badge that includes three vouchers that tear off. Each voucher is color-coded (Green, Yellow, and Red) and can be redeemed for a complimentary item* at the specific participating venue assigned to that color (See the event badge example below for reference).
To redeem a voucher, simply tear it off and give it to the bartender at the designated venue.
The participating voucher venues and their specific offers will be listed on your city’s event page. Because venue offers are sometimes finalized close to the event date, we recommend checking the event page during the week of the crawl for the most up-to-date information.

Yes! Your ticket includes access to both days of the event.
You are welcome to attend one day or both days. The price of the ticket remains the same regardless of how many days you attend.
No. You only need to check in once.
If you check in on Friday, you do not need to check in again on Saturday. Simply keep your event badge and continue enjoying the crawl.
If you did not check in on Friday, please refer to your city’s event page for Saturday check-in details.
At this time, we are not offering single day tickets for a 2 day event. All purchased tickets will be valid for BOTH days of the crawl. You DO NOT need to attend both days to redeem your perks.
Our events have a general start and end time but this may vary city by city. Please reference your city page directly for all details regarding dates, times, venues, and special offers.
No. You will only get one set of vouchers attached to your event badge (given to you at check in). If you use all of your vouchers on Friday, you will not get another set for Saturday.
If attending BOTH days, any unused vouchers from Friday may be redeemed on Saturday at participating venues, provided they are accepted at that location on Day 2. Check your city event page for specific voucher details.
Please come to the Check In location (double check your city’s event page to make sure you are going to the right location- it may change between Friday to Saturday!) and chat with our event staff. Please have your ticket you used to gain entry to the event (or the name/ order number) so we can verify your ticket.
Our staff can give you another badge but you will NOT get another set of vouchers. The badge will still get you waived cover and the drink specials offered at the participating venues.
Most venues will be the same, but some may offer different specials or entertainment each day. Please check your city’s event page for the exact venue lineup and full event details.
No you do not! Regardless of what day you would like to attend, your ticket will be valid AND we will have our staff on site to help with any questions you have.

At Crawl With US, we work year-round to ensure our events are fun, organized, and memorable. Unfortunately, scam and fake events sometimes appear online using similar event names, themes, photos, descriptions, or venue claims. These events are ran by organizers who are not affiliated with Crawl With US and may not have confirmed participation with the advertised venues.
Tickets purchased from any event organizer other than Crawl With US are not valid for our events.
If you purchased tickets to a fake or misleading event, we recommend contacting the ticketing platform immediately to report the event and request a refund.
If purchased through Eventbrite you can report the event as a scam. Follow the instructions below to get started:
Log into your Eventbrite account using the app.
Go to Tickets.
Select the scam event.
Scroll to find where is says “Organized By”.
Click Report Event.
For the reason, select Fraudulent Event.
In the message box, explain that you thought you were purchasing a ticket for a Crawl With Us event and that the event was not legitimate. Provide any other relevant details. Request a refund.
We understand how frustrating it is to deal with scam ticket companies, and we want to help you still enjoy the event. After reporting the fraudulent event, purchase valid tickets for yourself or your group on our website. Then, email us at Support@CrawlWith.US with a screenshot of your report to the ticketing company, and we’ll refund 50% of your new ticket purchase! This offer is subject to verification and applies only to tickets purchased for official Crawl With US events.
Due to various factors, we will not be hosting our National Costume Contest this year (2026). Some participating venues may hold their own contests; please refer to your city’s event page for complete details. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you in other ways.
Halloween costumes are certainly not a requirement, however, they do make the event more fun! And you can get entered into our costume contest (full rules linked above)!
Venues may have restrictions on items that are brought into their venue. If you have a specific question regarding something on your costume, please check your city’s event page for the participating venues and reach out to the venue directly.
