After establishing the company in October of 2017, we have hosted over 1400 events in 130 cities nationwide… and we’re still growing!

What is a bar crawl?

Your ticket purchase gets you exclusive access to the drink and food specials offered at each participating venue, waived cover for the duration of the event, and usually includes a few complimentary drinks*!

Our crawls usually consist of:
Check In from 4-6pm
Crawl from 4-10pm
After Party from 10pm-12am 

After you check in, you go from venue to venue listed on the event pages (Facebook, our Website, or Eventbrite) , dance, and enjoy your night! 

We'll also have a professional photographer at the check in location to take some fun photos of you and your friends!

You can get your tickets on this website! Don’t miss out! 

Prices are listed there, and go up as we get closer to the event. We recommend getting them as soon as possible!

What are the age requirements?

Please note that to enjoy our offerings, attendees must be of legal drinking age:

  • In the U.S., the legal drinking age is 21.

  • In Canada, the legal drinking age is 19 (or 18 in some provinces).

We kindly ask all guests to bring valid identification to verify their age. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to seeing you there!

How do I buy tickets?



Step 1: Find Your City On Our Homepage!

Step 2: Click on City Page and Find The Event You Are Interested In Attending

Step 3: Click “Get Tickets Now!” Button. This Will Take You To Tickets Section of the Event Page (Example to the Right). You Can Also Find This Section By Scrolling to the Bottom of the Page.

Step 4: Check Out Your City’s Event Webpage! Details Regarding Venues, Event Times, Specials, and Crawl Perks can be found there.

HOW do i redeem PROMO CODES?

If you have a promo code, there is a spot to put add it to your order before you select the number of tickets on our website.  

Each code can only be used once. If you have multiple codes, they must be purchased individually.

TICKET Information


Ticket Naming

Ticket names are not important. You can check in as long as you have a QR code. If you bought a ticket for a friend but someone else is coming, don't worry, the name on the ticket doesn't matter. 

For group tickets you don't need the names or info for every individual person. You can just put your info in for all of them. There should be a drop-down below Ticket #2 (and all following tickets) that will allow you to copy all the info from the previous ticket.

Group Tickets VS Single Tickets

Group tickets are usually $5 cheaper per ticket than the single ticket price, however, there is a 4 ticket minimum to unlock group tickets! 

This works best for people that want to save some money by buying tickets for their friends at the same time! 

Can I give my ticket to someone else?

If you or a friend can't make it to the event, all you have to do is give the ticket to someone else. All the other person needs is the QR code. The name and email do not have to match.

i bought a ticket for the wrong city! can i transfer it to the correct one?

YES! We can transfer the tickets on the back end. Please DO NOT purchase another set of tickets for the correct city. We are able to transfer the ones you originally purchased.

To get your ticket transferred to the correct city, email support@crawlwith.us and one of our support staff will respond. If you have not heard from us within 2 business days, please follow up.

I Can't Find My Ticket

Your ticket comes directly from Eventbrite. Please check your spam folder. Also download the Eventbrite app and log in with your email address or create an account. You should see your tickets there! Remember that you must use the same email address you used to buy your tickets.

Changing Attendee Info

Changing the name on tickets is not important. All that people need to check in is a QR code, the name on that ticket doesn't matter. However, if you really want to do it please check out this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=awRiZoFxOEU tutorial on how to change attendee information! Just a heads up, you do need to do this from a computer and not a phone. 

Do I Need To Print My Ticket?

No, you do not! Our scanners are better able to read your QR code on your phone, but printed tickets are accepted.

Are Tickets Available At The Door?

Yes! Day of Tickets at the door are $40 cash only. As long as the crawl is not sold out, tickets will be available for purchase at the door on the day of the event.

What do i need to know about check in?

Where Can I find the Check In location?

There are multiple locations to find this information! The most accurate and up to date information is found here on our website! Check our main homepage to find the city you will be attending. From there click on the event and you will be redirected to the event page for your city!

The event page will have the info for the check in including the location, address, and check in time.

You can also reference your city event’s Facebook page or Eventbrite.

Can I Check In My Friends?

Yes! You can check-in friends and they can check you in! All that is needed to check someone in is their QR code from their ticket. 

Can I Check In Late?

Our event check in ends at 6pm, usually there is someone at the check in area until 6:30pm and at the latest 7pm, however we cannot guarantee anything past 6pm.  

If you can’t make it on time we suggest sending your ticket QR code to a friend so they can check in for you.

where can i find the photos taken at the event?


Photos will be posted on the Crawl With US Facebook!

Halloween COSTUME CONTEST

Are Halloween Costumes Required?

Halloween costumes are certainly not a requirement, however, they do make the event more fun! And you can get entered into our costume contest (full rules linked above)!

Are there Restrictions on costumes?

Venues may have restrictions on items that are brought into their venue. If you have a specific question regarding something on your costume, please check your city’s event page for the participating venues and reach out to the venue directly.

What are the vouchers and how do they work?

Each badge given at check in has three vouchers that crawlers can tear off. The vouchers should be given to the bartenders to redeem for a complimentary item at designated venues which can be found on your city’s event page. (See picture of the badge to the right)

The corresponding colored voucher (green, yellow, and red) can only be redeemed at specific venues. The venues will select exactly what they are offering for their voucher and we will update our event pages with that information. Please check back the week of the event for the most accurate information!

Any non-voucher venue will still be offering drink and/or food specials for the crawlers!
