Scammed By Another Company?

Beware of Fake Events

At Crawl With Us, we work year-round to ensure our events are fun, organized, and memorable. Unfortunately, scam companies sometimes try to replicate our events and sell fake tickets, claiming to offer the same venues, specials, and discounts. These companies often don’t have permission from the venues, resulting in customers being denied entry at the door.

Important Notice:

If you purchased tickets from any event organizer other than Crawl With Us, your tickets are not valid for our events.

If You’ve Been Scammed:

Immediately contact the ticketing platform you used and report the event as a scam. Follow the instructions below to get started:

For Tickets Purchased on Eventbrite (from another organizer):

1. Log into your Eventbrite account using the app.

2. Go to your Tickets.

3. Select the scam event.

4. Tap the “⋮” icon (top right) to open the menu.

5. Click Report Event.

6. For the reason, select Fraudulent Event.

7. In the message box, explain that you thought you were purchasing a ticket for a Crawl With Us event and that the event was not legitimate. Provide any other relevant details. Request a refund.

We Want To Help

We understand how frustrating it is to deal with scam ticket companies, and we want to help you still enjoy the event. After reporting the fraudulent event, you can purchase valid tickets for your group on our website. Then, email us at Support@CrawlWith.US with a screenshot of your report to the ticketing company, and we’ll refund 50% of your new ticket purchase!
