SQUARE INSTRUCTIONS

You will be emailed on Monday after the first event you work.

IF YOU DON’T HAVE A SQUARE ACCOUNT

You must create your online account before we can pay you.

Please follow the Square Instructions below.

1. DO NOT connect your Cash App! Lots of people make mistakes and connect the wrong account. In the past, if someone registered your phone number their own Cash App, they will get the payment, not you. Be careful!

2. DO NOT download the Square App! If you already downloaded the app, uninstall it before continuing. You can download the app after you are done creating your account.

3. You can create your account using your computer or phone. We recommending using a computer to avoid common confusing Square App issues.

4. If you can’t find the email in your inbox, please search inbox and spam folder for no-reply@messaging.square.com If you still can’t find your email, please send an email to management@crawlwith.us

5. IMPORTANT - Only click on the link at the bottom that says “Or, create an account online”

6. If you have any trouble with your password and are not able to log in, you will have to reset your password.

7. Be careful when typing in your account and routing numbers. If you mistype your account information the payment will not go through to you and will have a lot of work to do to get it backed out and resubmitted.

8. Finish registering your account.

If YOU ALREADY HAVE A SQUARE ACCOUNT

If you already have a Square account because you worked for another company that had you sign up for Square in the past, you will get a different looking email. You still have to join our company to get paid by us.
